This manual was created as a textbook for those taking the Teaching Seeing My Time course, but can also be used independently. The Seeing My Time program is appropriate for individuals 5th-grade through adult and is being taught internationally by educators, speech-language pathologists, therapists, counselors and allied professionals.

This new modular manual presents practical training tips and suggestions for Volunteer Instructors' use. Each module contains complete lesson plans with accompanying instructor overheads, student worksheets and vocabulary builders, plus additional readings. Lesson plans are based upon the International Hunter Education Association's core objectives presented in the IHEA Standards (pdf). Instructors should to remove the staples and cut this manual up the spine in order to organize the modules according to their presentation needs. If you do not have a copy of this book, contact your area coordinator.
This manual is your reference book on the Hunter Education Program. There have been a number of changes since the orignal manual was issued in 1987, and you are urged to study this new manual with particular reference to the Policies and Procedures.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW INSTRUCTORS Completion of this manual is Phase I training of your new instructor training. Study the complete manual online or by reading through instructor manual in the orange binder, chapter by chapter. If you have not received the orange binder, your application is still in process. You will receive the instructor binder when the application process is complete. The Phase I quizzes are provided at the end of the hard copy manual.
